I started with 4K Automotive in 2019 as a Business Development Consultant at Clintons Toyota. Whilst in the BDC Team I had the opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
In 2020, I was then given the opportunity to move to the Service department. I found the guest-facing interaction and fast paced environment to be the highlight of my time in the service team. After realising that the vehicle knowledge aspect of the Service department wasn’t in my interests, I was presented with the opportunity of a receptionist role.
Within a year in my role as the Clintons Toyota receptionist, I was approached by our Dealer Principal Kurt and was given the opportunity to become his Executive Assistant. I have remained in this role since 2021 and love every part of it.
The opportunities presented to me have been nothing short of amazing, one opportunity that stands out is being enrolled in a Certificate IV of Executive Assistance. This course has bettered me and my work, I have learnt a lot so far in my time with 4K Automotive.

My passion for cars led me to secure a position in the automotive industry. In 2014, I began my career as a Sales Trainee at Noble Toyota, where I received top-notch training from the management team. In a matter of months, I gained a comprehensive understanding of sales, customer service, and the Toyota product.
In 2015, I was promoted to Assistant Manager of the sales team. My responsibilities and opportunities expanded, and I gained valuable skills and experience in management that I was able to further develop. A year later, I was given the opportunity to be the Sales Manager of the brand-new Noble Volkswagen dealership which led me to advance my career in 2018, as the Sales Manager of Noble Toyota.
I now hold the position of General Sales Manager, in this role I’m responsible for the sales operation across Noble Toyota and Noble Volkswagen. I am proud of the Noble sales team and the business, as we are driven, passionate and committed to continuous improvement, this is exemplary through our high-staff retention and sales operation rates.

In 1994, I finished my mechanical qualification and entered the automotive industry as a qualified technician. My journey with 4K Automotive started in 2000 as a Parts Interpreter. This role initiated my passion for the Fixed Operations sector of our business. Advancing through the Parts department was at the forefront of my vision for career progression within Clintons Toyota.
In 2008, I was promoted to Assistant Parts Manager, which helped me understand the operations of the Parts department from a managerial perspective. In 2010, I progressed to Group Parts Manager, I served in this role until 2021, when I was promoted to Fixed Operations Manager for Clintons Toyota Campbelltown and Gregory Hills.
My time at 4K Automotive group has been fruitful, with over 23 years of friendships and time invested into the business. I want to see the business continue to grow and I am focused on developing our future managers to contribute to its future success.
